Kate Make an Announcement and Stefano Arrives Home!

Here is today's recap!

Aiden asks Clyde if he is keeping tabs on him or his son. Clyde seems dumbfounded that he would even think that. He tells him that his secretary told him he only had half an hour before he had to pick up his son. He wonders why he thinks he needs to protect his son from him. Aiden tells him that is just a reflex. Clyde tells him this is about him seeing Hope. Aiden tells him that he and Hope keep their business seperate. Clyde brings up how Ciara was kidnapped by a bad cop and that may be why Aiden felt the way he did. Aiden leaves.

Ben tells Chad that he knows that he was with Abigail and that he saw them. Chad asks him why he was spying or hiding in the bushes. He tells him he has nothing to hide and doesn't care what Ben saw. Chad realizes that Ben only saw them talking. Ben tells him that he is sorry for the loss of his sister, but Chad doesn't buy it. He says that he was just trying to keep tabs on Abigail. Ben tells him that he isn't threatened by him. Abigail comes up and they both smile at her.

Everyone is celebrating at Ariana's party and Marlena wonders where Justin and Adrienne are. Lucas caught an early flight to get back to the party and runs into Adrienne outside. He doesn't want to keep things a secret anymore. Inside Kate announces that Adrienne and Lucas are sleeping together. Lucas and Adrienne discuss the pros and cons of telling everyone and decide it isn't the right time. She decides to go on first. Inside Kate says that she thought everyone knew. Adrienne sees Kate announcing this to everyone and Sonny tells her this is not the place. Lucas enters and Will tells him that Kate told everyone about him and Adrienne. Kate tells them that the truth was bound to come out. Lucas announces that they are indeed seeing each other and didn't want to announce things this way. Arianna blows out the candles on her cake and Hope cuts the cake. Abigail gets a text from Ben asking to meet up. Adrienne and Marlena talk about how awkward things must have been for her. Lucas approaches Kate and asks her what she has planned next. Kate insists that she thought everyone already knew and Lucas walks away. Adrienne tells Hope that she wanted to be the one to tell her and Hope tells her it is OK. They hug.


Paul is running through the park and runs into Justin. Justin stops him and asks for his help on his contract with translation with a Tokyo deal. Paul agrees to help because he is Sonny's dad. Paul helps Justin with the contract. He brings up Sonny and Will's wedding and asks if the mansion is where they got married. He talks about how it could have been him and Sonny.

Will makes a toast at the party and thanks everyone from helping and coming to the party. He talks about how they almost lost Sonny and wishes Ariana a happy birthday. Hope and Rafe talk to Sonny about his recovery from the stabbing last winter. Sonny leaves for a photo and Hope wants to know what Rafe was doing. She suggest that he thinks that the stabbing may be related to the Clyde. Will tells Kate that she sent him an email with the article on Clyde. She thanks him for being nice to her. Will tells her he understands because he tells the truth for a living.



Justin and Paul talk about his past with Sonny. They talk about how Justin and Adrienne felt when Sonny came out. Justin asks how Paul is doing with everything and says that John is a good man. Justin tells Paul that it was a beautiful wedding but getting the marriage right is another thing.

Rafe holds Ariana at the party and mentions picking her up early to see Gabi tomorrow. Will says he promised Gabi they would take Ari today and Sonny says that is news to him. Rafe takes Ari away while Sonny and Will discuss taking her today. Kate tries to talk to Lucas and tells him that she loves him. He tells her to leave him alone and walks over to Adrienne. He apologizes for the way things came out. They talk about having to do damage control and kiss. They walk out together as Kate sighs. She gets a phone call from Clyde. He asks if the party is over and she asks him to meet her at the Brady Pub.

Hope tells Rafe that Ciara says she needs that thing today. He smiles and Hope asks if she should be worried. He wants her to back down from the Clyde investigation but she refuses. She says she needs to find out for Aiden and Chase's sake.

Ben and Abigail greet each other, and Chad tells her that Ben thinks that something is going on between them. Ben says that he knows nothing is going on and he was just apologizing about Kristen. chad apologizes about being skeptical, and Ben and Abigail leave. He walks her home and gives her a kiss. She pulls away and he asks her what is going on. (She probably needs to take a shower first Ben, lol). She tells him nothing is going on and he says that he missed her. She has a flashback to Chad and makes an excuse about being tired last night. Ben tells her that he loves her and there is a noise from upstairs. She tells him it's J.J. and asks to catch up later. He leaves.

Clyde and Kate meet at the pub and she lets him read the article. He likes the article. Kate tells him she accidentally outed Lucas and Adrienne and mentions that Hope was there. She explains how Hope is related. Clyde tells Kate that Aiden said they don't miss business with personal. Kate disagrees but Aiden is show everything will be fine with him using Aiden. Kate goes back to the office and Clyde calls Stan to find out what Hope is up to. Ben slides across from Clyde at the pub upset, and Clyde asks him what's wrong.

Aiden sends Chase over to practice and Rafe runs into Aiden. He brings an umpires mask that Ciara asked for. They talk about how she takes after her mom. Rafe asks Aiden about Clyde. He says that he doesn't want Hope to get in trouble. Aiden tells him Clyde hasn't been charged with a crime, and Rafe tries to warn him. Aiden tells him to back off. Hope overhears and walks up to Rafe after Aiden leaves. Rafe apologizes and Hope tells him it's OK. He leaves to give the mask to Ciara. Hope calls someone and needs to see them right away.

Lucas goes over to Chad to report and also tells him that he is seeing Adrienne. Lucas tells him that Adrienne has nothing to do with the Kiriakis business anymore, and Chad thanks him for letting him know. He shows him picture of the party and Chad sees a photo of Abigail. Lucas mentions that he thinks she is happy with Ben and seeing Chad's reaction says that he thinks Ben is just alright.

Adrienne tells Justin that everyone knows about her and Lucas. He says he is the one who put things in motion and she thanks him for finally admitting it. He tells her that he doesn't want to give up on them. He tells her what happens next is up to her and thanks her for the heads up.

Sonny goes back to the club to get a gift from Gabi and Will walks over to Paul. Paul tells Ari happy birthday and Will tells her that he is the man trying to destroy her family. Paul syas that isn't true. Will tells him that they are taking Ari to go see her mom today. Sonny walks up and Paul leaves. Will glares at him and they leave to go to the car.

Chad arrives home to find Stefano there!

They crammed so much into today's episode! I wonder what Stefano will do now that he is back. I'm sure he already knows about what happened between Chad and Abigail. Ari's party was so quick and I'm so tired of Kate and how she is treating Lucas. Also Will needs to stop blaming Paul for the problems in his marriage. They need that counseling session ASAP, lol.
