Marlena Talks to Chad and Will Eve and Cole Get Caught!?

Eve and Theresa are still eating lunch. Eve says that Theresa must want Brady back. She says she needs to concentrate on her baby. She cries to Eve about how she didn’t get the chance to prepare and could screw up. Eve tells her it will come naturally. She says it’s one of the few things she got right. (Um no you didn’t! You slept with your daughter’s boyfriend!).  




Brady introduces John to baby Christopher. The doctor comes in to run tests on the baby and Brady is concerned. The doctor said he is just there for a second opinion. Brady and John step out so that he can fill him in. We find out more about his illness in that it is a T cell deficiency. He tells him everything and they talk about all the new developments with Kristen, Melanie, and Theresa. He says what if he never knew he had a son and Paul gets off the elevator.

Cole goes to lounge on a park bench looking satisfied as he flashes back to setting up J.J.

Roman comes over to the Devereaux home to see J.J. He says he is there to find out if J.J. is dealing drugs again. Abigail shows up. Roman asks for a minute alone with J.J. J.J. says he has nothing to hide and Roman can talk in front of everyone. Roman says they received an anonymous tip. J.J. gets upset and asks Roman if he wants to search his room and house. He hands him the book bag that Cole planted the drugs in. Roman says he can’t search. He tells J.J. if he isn’t being honest then he is only hurting himself.

Kate goes over to Lucas because she sees that Audrey is talking to Lucas and she works for her. He tells her Audrey works for him now. He tells her he just took over Countess Wilheima. Lucas says Chad came to him and he called Billie who was very happy for him. Kate says good luck, and she says that Audra still works for her though.

Chad tells Marlena that Kristen died and asks her why she is at the mansion. She tells him she talked to Johnny and he is worried about Chad. Marlena says that since Chad has lost so much she wanted to let him know she was with Kristen when she died. Chad is confused that Marlena was there. Marlena says she just wants to tell him the truth about what happened. She says then he can decide for himself. Marlena says it happened quickly and that there was nothing they could do. She also tells him everything Kristen did. Chad asks how the baby is. He proclaims that his family is screwed up. Marlena says she knew his mother and she was beautiful and intelligent. He says his mom was a whore and she knows what his father was! Marlena tells Chad that she just wanted to make sure he is OK and the he knows it was self-defense. If anyone was responsible it would be her and no one else. She apologizes for his loss and leaves.

Eve tells Theresa the baby will love and depend on her no matter what. She tells Theresa to call her parents again, but Theresa doesn’t want them butting in. She says the less people around the better, and tells Eve she needs to get back. Eve says this just proves that it is all about Brady. Theresa says she is only worried about her child, and Eve doesn’t believe her. Theresa says part of her does wonder if she would have carried the baby to term that her and Brady may have gotten back together. Or maybe Melanie wouldn’t have even looked at him like that if she knew. She says Kristen stole her baby and that time from her. Eve tells her to focus. Theresa reinforces that she doesn’t want a lot of people hanging around before she leaves.

Paul asks a nurse who John is talking to and she tells him Brady, his son. John says he will give Brady some time. They hug and Paul says it sounds like John told Brady. Brady tells Paul he and John are having a conversation and he goes off and says it isn’t a good time. Theresa comes up and says to beat it.

Jennifer tells Roman she appreciates him coming over personally and all that he has done, but they need to get something straight. Jennifer sticks up for J.J and says whoever tipped him off is a liar. She says they aren’t worried, and J.J. has turned his life around. Roman says when someone calls in a tip like that to take it seriously. Jennifer walks him out. She tells him he needs to call Theresa and Marlena because they have some news. They are all upset and Abigail says someone is just trying to cause trouble. 

Eve arrives back at her apartment and Cole shows up. She tells him he isn’t supposed to be there and gives him his disposable phone. He tells her it is done already. She says they didn’t plan it accordingly and he tells her to relax. Cole says she bets J.J. has been arrested already. Eve says that doesn’t mean anything because Cole had no proof. She tells him that he could go to jail for what he did, and he says don’t you mean we?

 J.J. thanks everyone for having his back. Jennifer and Abigail have to leave. Paige says she wonders if her mom had something to do with it. J.J. says it was probably someone he made mad. Paige leaves and J.J. wonders if Eve did it. He wonders what is going on. Abigail and Jennifer sit down at a table in the square and Jennifer tells her what happened in Italy.

Chad stares at his phone as he gets a call from Stefano. Marlena runs into someone at the park and tries to walk away. Another person shows up to block her path. Then another as she tries to go a different way. Lol. It was way too weird and funny. Why didn't they make it scarier like someone popping out and Marlena looking startled. She just kept trying to turn around and people kept popping out like Jack in the Box's or something lol. 

Theresa goes off on Paul. John interrupts her to say that Paul is his son. Brady looks astonished. He asks John how this is possible and John tells him he needs to deal with his baby while he goes to see Paul. They will talk later. John apologizes to Paul and tries to tell him what’s going on but he walks out. Theresa says she messed up but that Paul is a piece of work (really?). They go in the see the baby, and the doctor leaves. Theresa panics about the baby having to have a second test, and Brady tells her it will be OK as they hug.

Lucas said she needed to be more careful when she took over Mad World. He tells her that Audra’s resignation is on her desk and tries to leave. Kate tries to apologize, but Lucas doesn’t want to talk to her. He tells her she is out of his life and leaves.

Eve tries to throw Cole out and as she opens the door Paige shows up! J.J. looks in his backpack and finds the drugs! Yay! I really didn’t want him to be blamed for this, so that is amazing.

I really love that this whole situation with J.J. is going in a different and believable direction. I really hope Eve gets busted and leaves Salem. She disgusts me every time I see her now. I don't like the way the situation with Marlena is being handled. There was the whole thing in the park today and also why is she walking around alone. Everyone knows that Stefano would blame her! Anyway, at least some parts are believable. What do you think?
